Cancellation/prepayment
- A full payment is required when you make the reservation and based on the rate choosen, the following refund policies are applied.
- Our rates allow a total refund untill 2 weeks before check-in and a 50% refund from 2 weeks untill 24 hours of check-in.
- Eventual non refundable rates won’t be refunded, except for the cleaning fee which is always refunded if the reservation is canceled before check-in.
- Refunds might have transfer costs and (if any) commissions applied to the payment we received will and be deducted from the refund.
